Before you do anything, head over to Bulsara’s Original Marinades and order the Tandoori Wet Rub. It is a 15 minute marinade. You can marinate much longer but at minimum 15 minutes for great flavor. What you’ll need:
Bulsara’s Tandoori Wet Rub
Chicken Wings (however much you need)
Melted Butter for basting
Lime and Cilantro for Garnish
Wash and pat dry the wings. In a ziplock bag, add wings and marinade. The instructions say add one ounce or 2 tbsp of marinade per pound of meat, but we just eyeball it and make sure the wings are coated. Zip up the bag and shake!
Let sit in fridge for at least 15 minutes. In the meantime heat up your grill. We usually heat up to about 350 degrees.
Place wings on grill and cook until done. Baste with melted butter in the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
Top with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
