Triple Berry Smoothie


Look at that gorgeous color!!  I’m a fan of colorful food.  It makes me so happy to see an array of colors on my chopping board and on my plate.  Here’s how you make this gorgeous drink.


1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup strawberries – hulled and quartered

1/4 cup raspberries

1/2 banana

1 TBSP Raw Honey

1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice


Make sure your berries are washed and cleaned and throw them into a blender container.  I have the Magic Bullet so I put it into one of the cups with a lid and put it in the fridge until I’m ready.

When you’re ready to enjoy that smoothie, throw in the banana, honey, and milk and blend until smooth.  I throw in a few ice cubes at the end, because I don’t prefer to blend those in.

This is great for people on the go who need a quick breakfast on the run or a snack.  You can substitute the fruit for anything you like, add in greens, or protein powder.  It’s versatile and so delicious, especially in the summer!!
